The design for this Chicago sky rise condo was derived from the clients constant city travels and
need for serenity while at home. Walking through the front door you're encouraged to follow the sand colored tile into
a plush flowing sitting area. Chicago's sky line can be viewed through the floor to ceiling corner window and balcony.
The kitchen is flooded with natural light during the day and is lightly touched with the city lights night. Its
color palette mirrors a lake in spring time, with an array of green tiles and fogged glass cabinet doors. In
the far corner of the living room, is a large exposed concrete column. A waterfall of beige sheer fabric
spills down it. The space I have created provides a balance between the fast city pace and a haven above the city.
